Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the employer, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings - Perform various clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and transcribing documents - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail - Assist with organizing and planning events, both internal and external - Conduct research and gather information as needed - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent proofreading and attention to detail skills - Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Previous experience in front desk or customer service is a plus - Experience in event planning is a plus Note:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
