Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Quickbooks a must - Enter invoices into Accounts Payable through the running of checks and mailing - Preparing invoices for Specialty Lenses - FedExing Anesthesia papers to their billing company - Credentialing surgeons that utilize our center - Provide administrative support to the office staff (ie.
) making charts and filing - Covering for Receptionist when needed - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries - Skills:
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling incoming calls - Experience in front desk or receptionist roles preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Knowledge of medical office procedures is a plus - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles is desired This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys providing support in a professional office environment.
