Job Summary All American Pet Resorts of North Brunswick is seeking several Kennel Attendants/Kennel Technicians to join our team at our busy, luxury pet resort for dogs! As a Kennel Attendant/Technician, you will be providing daily care for the dogs we are responsible for, and ensuring all of their needs are met.
That can include feeding them, cleaning their suites and play spaces, engaging them in play, walking, and more.
The ideal candidate is reliable, hard-working, loves dogs, has basic knowledge of good animal handling procedures, and works well independently and within a team environment.
Will train the right people.
You must be willing to work one weekend day and at least 20 hours a week.
Full-time opportunities may be available right away.
Responsibilities Meet the basic and higher needs for all dogs under our care Feeding and medications Supervising Group Play and or walking the dogs as needed Daily cleaning and sanitizing of dog suites and common areas Laundry Qualifications Experience working with animals desired Familiarity with animal handing procedures and best practices Strong organizational skills Work well with others Reliable and on-time Able to understand and take directives.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
