We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our team and work closely with the Director and the Owner.
The ideal candidate will assist in managing schedules and handling various tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, transcribing, and filing - Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and appointments - Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests - Manage correspondence and communication efficiently - Maintain phone systems and handle calls with professionalism Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Strong phone etiquette and communication abilities - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality This position offers the opportunity to work closely with the director and owner, enhance administrative skills, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization.
