Sales Support Representative
Handles all customer contacts received by telephone and in person, provides administrative and clerical support, and promotes quality customer service.
Located in:
North Brunswick
Maintain and build positive relationships with customer accounts.
Execution of daily protocols and procedures.
Processes and completes sales transactions
Support the sales, operations, service, delivery, warehouse, merchandising, accounting and customer support center
Executes all daily checklists and tasks.
Receives and responds to all customer inquiries and complaints.
Responsible for guiding complaint resolution to ensure that proper and satisfaction are obtained.
Follows up on a regular and as - needed basis with sales and various depts. such as service, delivery, and call center to ensure all open and unresolved customer issues have been resolved.
Maintains Petty Cash and Cash Draw.
Maintains accounts receivables.
Implements opening and closing procedures.
Assist in opening and closing procedures.
Responsible for providing backup/coverage for Sales Support Representatives during vacation or call outs.
Must have reliable transportation to commute to Six Ashley Furniture HomeStore Locations, if needed to cover for vacation of other associates in the department.
Reports to: 1) District Manager, Customer Service, 2) General Manager 3) Show Room Manager, 4)Sales Support Team Lead
Professional/Excellent communication skills both internally and externally.
Ability to Multi-Task, excellent organizational and time management skills
Understands basic financial terms.
Bilingual in Spanish and English (or other languages besides Spanish) a plus
Proficient with MS Office and Excel.
Experience in Profit Software a plus.
Outgoing & energetic personality.
Creates a World Class Guest Experience.
Ability to establish a positive rapport with our guests & build long-term relationships.
Strong commitment to assist & serve our guests.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
