Sales Support Representative (Part Time Seasonal):
At Ashley Furniture HomeStore of Central New Jersey (CNJ), Sales Support Representatives (SSR) are a crucial part of ensuring a 5 star Guest experience. The SSR provides answers to any inquiries from customers, in person and over the phone, and supports customers through any concerns or issues in order to provide a satisfactory outcome. As a liaison for CNJ, SSR's promote quality Guest Service and maintains and builds positive relationships with Guests and all internal departments. SSR's provide administrative and clerical support to Sales, Operations, Merchandising, Accounting and other internal departments.
Other duties include:
Processes and completes sales transactions
Implements opening and closing procedures
Ensure all open and un-resolved Guest issues are properly handled and satisfactorily resolved.
Provides follow up and regularly communicates with internal departments as needed
Qualifications
Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends, nights and holidays
Team-oriented
Professional communication and follow-up skills
High-energy people person and relentless in pleasing the customer

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
