Java Developer w/ Investment Banking

Require hands on Sr. Java developer who can perform development tasks independently with below mentioned skills. Person should be able to communicate with the stakeholders of the application and technology peers to deliver the functionality. Having Security Lending domain knowledge is required.
Having experience with the following stack is mandatory:

  • Core Java (Collections API, Concurrency)

  • Spring Hibernate & JDBC?

  • EMS (Tibco/MQ)

  • Relational Databases (Sybase)

  • Unix scripting

  • Autosys

Having experience with following stack is a big plus:

  • Securities Experience building trades/transactions processing systems is a big plus

  • BigData/NoSql (MongDB, Hadoop)

  • Oracle Coherence (Distributed Caching)

  • C# Development is a plus

  • Security Lending Experience a real plus or Brokerage accounting Stock record, security identifiers SEDOL/CUSIPS/ISINS etc

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
